Fiji National University

Fiji National University (FNU) is a public university in Fiji, officially established on February 15, 2010, under the Fiji National University Act 2009. The university comprises multiple colleges, each with its own campus, and operates extended campuses with distance learning support in Ba and Labasa, aiming to expand accessibility to higher education across the country. Additionally, the university’s National Training and Productivity Centre maintains a nationwide network of small training campuses located in Suva, Nadi, and Lautoka. By 2019, the university’s student population had grown to nearly 27,000, making it a key driver in promoting higher education and skills training throughout Fiji.
