The IlOE Micro-Certification Project for Higher Education Workforce Digital Competency Building (IlOE Micro-Certification Project) is a mechanism developed by UNESCO-ICHEI and International Institute of Online Education (IIOE) to empower higher education professionals in digital and AI skills.

IIOE Course Framework
Currently, the IIOE Micro-Certification Project includes four main areas, namely HE Workforce Digital Competency Courses, Generative AI Courses, TVET Courses, and Enterprise Courses, in order to meet the diversified skills upgrading needs of higher education workers.
