  • Goal

    The lack of ICT application in higher education institutions (HEIs) in developing countries should be improved with professional training that promote the ICT application skills of policy makers (administrative staff), teachers and technical staff. 


    Through lectures, workshops and field visits, the Seminar promotes the development of ICT in higher education by bringing the most updated and frontier application of ICT in higher education to professionals in Asia, Africa and Europe.

For Management Staff and Leadership

 

Strengthening knowledge on ICT in higher education, promoting the recognition and openness for applying ICT in information building, establishing an operation framework for IMS that aligns with the development of their own country and institution; enhancing policy making and individual ICT competence.
For Teaching Personnel

 

Strengthening understanding for institutional IMS and its positive effect on teaching; transforming the mindset on traditional teaching management and apply ICT in teaching to improve teaching quality and broaden the access to resources.
