On January 21, 2015, Professor Jiao, Deputy Dean of Education Technology School in South China Normal University, came with one of his team members for a discussion on MOOCs and the construction of MOOC platforms.The proposed Centre has a MOOC project in development. Professor Jiao provided his suggestions and viewpoints on the routes of ICT application in higher educational institutions, as well as on the challenges and issues related to the movement.
